The lot is located between Riga Center and Riga Aiport close to Ulmana Gatve, an express highway between Riga Center , Riga Airport and Jurmala a Baltic Seaside resort, www.jurmala.lv. The following company centers are located within a radius of a few hundred meters: Lexus, Toyota, BMW. British American Tobacco, Audi, TNT courier service and Finland s Onninen, the latter two adjoining the lot.

Riga Airport is at a distance of 3km from the lot while Riga Center is at a distance of 4km.
