2. Conceptual study for Stock Office development
Due to land plot shape and restrictions it is possible to build two separate buildings. One smaller at
Plienciema and Zemzaru street corner, other bigger in land plot western part:

Smaller building has 875m² storage and 280m² office area, bigger one has 2480m² storage and 850m²
office area.
Buildings are designed as office modules 6x12m with two floors, they are positioned in street fronts and
can be used as separate units or bounded together. Warehouses are with 6m width and at least 6m hight,
in different lengths. They can be remodeled for 12m span and on demand grouped in different ways.
Transport roads can be connected to Plieņciema street and Zemzaru street, internal circular road serves
both car and truck traffic. Car parking is provided near the offices – 11 and 6 places respectively, plus 5
places in side yard. Loading docks are at backyard side of the buildings, 3 and 5 docks for bigger and
smaller building, suitable for semi trucks.
